My Friend - I love this time of season and to get me into the Christmas Spirit I watch the Charles Dickens' 1981 classic movie "A Christmas Carol" and Ebenezer Scrooge (George C. Scott). His old friend Jacob comes back and shares with Scrooge how Scrooge has built chains of fear and doubt with his attitude of "Bah, Humbug!"

He talks about how each of us are required to have the Spirit within us be freed and to be clear on what our 'business' is here. What is your business here? The dealings of your trade are but a drop of water in the ocean of humanity and the depth of your eternal soul. Today, let your Spirit walk beyond your trade and into the greatness that is you, beyond the narrow limits of your money changing folds and into the well-being and alignment with all that you are! As you thrive so the world thrives as you expand your 'business'...

Mankind is my business. The common welfare is my business. Charity is my business. Mercy is my business. Forbearance is my business. Benevolence is my business. Let us offer hope to ourselves and free ourselves from the chains of fear and doubt and replace them with love and belief. May you look to the good that is within you, to the good with you and to the good that awaits you!  Love, Dr. Hank

3 Steps To Improve My Life By Thanksgiving!

My Friend - We all want to improve our lives but it sometimes seems that so many things are happening in our lives right now that get in the way of our happiness.  Below are 3 easy steps that can help you improve your Life by the end of the week!

Step 1 - Stop thinking about what is happening in your life and instead start thinking about what you want in your life.  Ask yourself "What do I want in my Life?" and the answers will start flowing to you.  Think about "How do I want my life to be!"

Step 2 - Only do step 1 when you are feeling good.  You know when you are feeling good.  Just wait today, maybe now, when you are feeling good and start asking yourself what do I want?  What do I want with my health?  What do I want with my relationships?  What do I want with my finances?  How do I want my life to be!

Step 3 - Think often this week about these things and how you want your life to be.  Tell yourself that you want to reach for the next best feeling thought about the things you want.  For example, think about "I want to be healthy" and then think about the next thought that joins it such as "I want to be trim!", "I want to be fit!" and "I want to be slim!".  Just think about your health for 1 minute and you will start to become healthier!

Whatever you think about creates more of it.  So why don't we give up the thinking about the things we don't like and don't want and instead let us all stand tall and think about "How do I want my Life to improve"!  By Thursday you will have more things to be thankful for in your life!

If you get stuck or want to know more about how to improve your life, shoot me back an email.  Let me know how I can help and Happy Thanksgiving!  The Hankers :)

 Think Upon Your Abundance!

My Friend - We are all so fortunate to have so much yet we sometimes are clouded with our troubling thoughts that prevents us from seeing and seeding our abundance.  This week, let us all pause and be grateful for all that we have, all that we are and all the good that is coming our way!  Print this out and read these thoughts each morning about your abundance:

I merely need to look around me and see all the abundance in my Life.  I see the sky and its vastness and beauty.  I see the countless leaves on the trees.  I see all the blades of grass.  I see all the drops of rain.  Oh my, there is so much abundance around me!

I merely need to look within me and see all the abundance there is as well.  The never ending heart beats, my breath that brings never ending air in and out of me.  I awaken to the never ending thoughts that I have.  The never ending emotions that flow from me.  The spring of love that runs through me like a never ending mountain stream.  I have plenty of heart beats, plenty of breaths, plenty of thoughts, plenty of emotions and plenty of the wonderful me!

As you begin to think about all of your abundance, like all the times you have laughed, you will attract more abundance to you!  Abundance comes in many forms that you will now start to experience that includes an abundance of happiness, great relationships, more business, better health and more money!

There is an abundance of everything you desire and watch today as your abundance flow to you easily, powerfully and delightfully because of your focus on abundance!  There is PLENTY of everything and PLENTY of YOU!  You are it and you create what you think about so have fun thinking about and now experiencing all of your abundance!

Johny Manziel - The Dreamer Despite The Circumstances!

We can all learn much about how Life works from Johnny Manziel. Johnny Football (JFF for short) can teach us how all of our dreams can come true. He also taught us how we can make our own circumstances and not be bound by circumstances making us!

We all learn best by watching others become what they say, rather than from just what they say. Johnny's parents were teachers by example as they decided to leave their town where the Manziel name was known for the oil rich family. They moved to a small town, but Johnny had big dreams despite the size of the town he lived in. His dream was to become a Texas College Football Quarterback. He played football for a small Texas high school where supposedly no one makes it to big Texas college ball. As a senior in high school Johnny was a remarkable small team quarterback and all the major colleges turned him down. Despite the circumstances he continued to pursue his dream.

Johnny taught us that we can make our own circumstances and no better example was how circumstances turned his way with Texas A&M. The coach at the time was replaced with a coach that liked to play Johnny Football. The quarterback slated to start before JFF decided to play at another out of state school. During his freshman year, where he had to sit out and be red shirted, he was told to practice being RGIII before the Baylor game...the defense told the new coach that Johnny was tougher to get down than Johnny. Despite the circumstance he continued to pursue his dream.

Then just prior to him starting in 2012, Johnny was arrested and at a low in his Life. Just a few months later 10 million people watched him as he beat Alabama the #1 ranked team in the country. A couple months after that he won the coveted "Heisman Trophy", being the first freshman to ever do so. Within six months Johnny Football went from circumstances of being at the low end to the high end of Life, despite the circumstances.

Johnny Manziel, like his parents, has taught us through example that we are amazing creators of our Life. That we have the ability to go from circumstances changing our lives to us changing our circumstances by having a dream. Dream big and move your circumstances to the way you want them!

With Love and Joy.

It Seems Like Things Happen To Me!

It Seems Like Things Happen To Me

"Activity Deliberate Creation"

Life Happens From Me - Not To Me

One of my students shared with me that they were driving along the other day and she was side swiped by another car. The car then drove off without stopping. She had done her "Joy Shop" that morning and it certainly seemed to her that things happen to us without her inviting them in. She insisted that she did not ask for a car to side swipe her and take off.

I asked her if she had some thoughts about being in an accident and she didn't think she had. Then I
asked her if she had some fears about things happening to her and she did have some of those fears of
bad things happening to her 'out of the blue'.

It sometimes seems like things happen to us and here is why. When we think about fear something bad happening to us all similar thoughts, circumstances and events begin to rendezvous into our experience. Since fear is the second strongest emotion, she was able to create what she feared, something bad happening to her.

So though she did not call for a side swipe, she did call forth and thus create what she did not want.
Nothing happen to us, everything happens from us! To ensure you have the thoughts, places, people and circumstances you do want, start thinking and feeling upon "Activity Deliberate Creation" during your day. Here is how this can be easily done to have the things happen in your Life that you do want:

"Activity Deliberate Creation" is where you think, just before you start a new event in your day, about the best possible outcome that you desire. For example, let's say you are walking to your car. You would then pre-pave your drive in the car by saying things such as "As I drive today I will be safe and my drive is smooth and easy." Then as you get out of your car to start your job (hopefully your passion and not just a J.O.B. which is Just Over Broke!) you say to yourself "I am going to have the most productive day and find the best solution for the challenge I have at work (play).

As you lighten up and enjoy creating your "Activity Deliberate Creation" throughout the day and evening you will find that the only 'Out of the Blue' things that happen to you are so much better than you have even asked for. That is why our "Cup shall over floweth" with our good as we think about how we want the events in our day to turn out!

Take care,

Dr. Hank Seitz
